Martha has been with Sunny for well over 10 years and her store is a permanent fixture at the market. She sells very unique and hard to find dresses and gowns for events such as weddings, Quinceneras, and baby showers. She's conventiently located near the SFM office (room 205 and 206). Gilberto Gomez has been at Sunny's for about 6 years. He sells and array of musical instruments...and the best part according to him, "they are very inexpensive!" He says he sells both new and used for less than 50% off retail prices. Some instruments include: accordians, trumpets, saxophones, violins, trombones, acoustic, and electric guitars. Hungry? Taqueria Tomas has everything that can possibly satisfy any Texas-sized appetite. As one of the favorite hang-outs at the flea market, Tom has been with us for a little over 4 years. He has created a very unique menu over the years that not only include authentic flavors from Mexico, but also a twist to include other cultures. Some of his popular items are fajita asada and brochetas de camaron (shrimp). With adequate seating, an array of items and aguafrescas to chose from, as well as a well-maintained facility, you can spend an entire day just soaking up the atmosphere at Taqueria Tomas. It is centrally located at Sunny's in the 5000 & 6000 Street.
